The new year is here and we are done with binge eating and want to start a healthy life. We know that this can be a hard task so we ask you to take it slow and incorporate these things in one week at a time. Change is good for all of us and we want change to happen, however we want to be realistic. For anyone who wants to do a weight loss goal; take the amount of weight you want to loose and divide it by 12. That's the amount of weight you should be loosing per month. We will Start with a series of drinks to cleanse the body and release toxins.
Ingredients: 2 Cucumbers, 1 Green Apple, 1 Finger of Ginger, 1 Finger of Turmeric, 1 Cup of Spinach, 1 Cup of Pineapples, 1 Cup of Coconut Water, 1 Juicer and or 1 Blender
Directions: Add spinach and coconut water to the blender and blend. Add all other ingredients to the juicer. Mix everything together and stir well. Pour into air tight containers. If you don't have a juicer blend the ingredients in a blender. This will require straining.
To Use: Drink 4 ounces before each meal. Always keep refrigerated. Discard after 5 days. Its best to consume juices between 10am and 4pm.
