Winter Body Tonic


So your skin sucking all your moisture and you have to reapply for what it seems like every hour? The truth is if your skin is sucking up moisture items like this it is not getting the hydration it requires. So here is a simple recipe that will allow your skin to quench its thirst.

ngredients: 16 oz. Distilled Water, 10 Rose hips, 1 cup Rose petals, Lavender, Chamomile, Hibiscus, Hyacinth, Hydrangea, (You may use one or more. These flowers add hydration to the skin) 4 oz. Olive, Almond, Jojoba, Avocado, Castor, Grapeseed Oil,(You may use one or all. ) 10 drops Rose, Sandalwood, Rosewood, Lavender, Clove, Rosemary, Geranium Essential Oils, (you can make your own blend. these help with dry skin.) PET spray bottle

Directions: Rinse petals and place them in the bottle one at a time. Smash Rose Hips (seeds will come out) and place them into the bottle as well. Add Oil and Essential oils. Pour water into the bottle. Replace the lid and shake well before using. This is best used out of the shower and before moisturizer is placed on. You can also use it throughout the day to refresh you skin and your makeup.
