All month long we are talking about hair loss. We are giving recipes that can be done at home and will strengthen weak hair follicles to help resurface the ones that are inactive. This week features a hair mask with a few different powders.
Amla powder also known as gooseberry, helps with the shine of the hair and promotes healthy scalp. This powder also enhances the curls and waves in the hair. Horsetail powder is going to be beneficial for the scalp. This will promote scalp circulation for healthy follicles and hair growth.
Brahmi powder makes stronger hair roots. It helps to cool the scalp and induces sound sleep. Makes hair long, dark, dense & lustrous. This powder will help control dandruff and overcome the negative effects of stress. Lemon is a rich source of vitamins B, C and phosphorous. This prevents hair damage and promotes hair growth.
Lemon also benefits the hair as it provides essential nutrients required for nourishing the hair.
Lime juice is beneficial in promoting hair growth. It has been used to treat baldness, hair thinning and hair loss problems for ages now.
