PMS-Libido Smoothies

Papaya is our star for the month and we are going to give a recipe to the men and women. Any women suffering with painful menstrual cycles can consume 1 smoothie per day to help with menstrual pain. Men if you are looking to enhance your libido or produce more semen we have a daily drink for you as well.

PMS Smoothie: 1/2 Papaya, 2 Bananas, 4oz Pineapple, 1oz Ginger, 1 package Raspberries, 1 hand full Spinach, 2 Kale leaves, Coconut Water or Almond Milk

Libido Smoothie: 1/2 Papaya (no seeds ), 1 pack Strawberries, 4oz Watermelon, 1 ripe Avocado, 1 Sweet Potato, 12oz Coconut Water or Almond Milk

Directions: Blend items with coconut water. (Bendable items: Papaya, sweet potato, avocado, banana, spinach, kale) If you have a juicer, juice the fruit (judicable fruits: strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, ginger, watermelon) Mix together and place into containers with lids. (Mason containers work really well.) Keep refrigerated until ready for consumption.
