Ingredients: 1 cup of Pineapple, 1 Lemon, Spring or Alkaline Water, 1 Blender, 1/4 cup of Ice (Optional) You may use raw honey or raw agave as a sweetener if you like.
Directions- Cut lemon into 1 inch pieces. Add lemons and other items to the blender. Blend until smooth and slushy. Recipe can be doubled or tripled. Drink 4oz in the morning to start your day. Best served chilled.
