We are rocking and rolling with our fruit of the month.....Papaya. This is a great fruit for a few different types of things. This week we are focusing on using the papaya for weight loss. This is a drink that would be best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.
Ingredients: 1 Papaya, 1 tomato, 1 bunch of Kale, Spinach or Swiss Chard, 1 bunch of Celery, 2 Bananas, 10 Strawberries, 1 cup of Blueberries and Blackberries, 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds, 1piece of Turmeric, 1 piece of Ginger, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 16oz Coconut Water, Air tight glass containers, Blender or Juicer or both
Directions: Add Papaya, Banana, Greens of your choice, Chia seeds, apple cider vinegar and coconut water into a blender and blend well. Place Tomato, celery, ginger, turmeric and berries into the juicer. Mix together and add into air tight containers. Store into the refrigerator and drink 4 to 8 ounces per day.
