Papaya Face Mask
We will end the month with a face mask that you can make with ingredients from your home. Will will use our ingredient of the month....Papaya! Papaya is enriched with vitamin C which is good for skin rejuvenation and it also has enzymes that assist with removing dead skin off the face. Papaya can assist with dryness, eczema, psoriasis and scars. Since papaya is an enzyme fighter you may use this mask up to three times per week.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Papaya, 1oz Olive oil, 1oz Bentonite Clay, 1oz Rose water, Blender/Food Processor, Mixing Bowl
Direction: Cut papaya into pieces and place into a blender or food processor. Place into mixing bowl and add olive oil and clay and stir. Add rose water and stir.
To Use: Clean the skin and pat dry. Apply a layer of the mask to the skin and let sit until the mask hardens. Rinse thoroughly and apply toner and moisturizer.
