Muscle Relief Soak

In honor of National Fitness Month we are rolling out the red carpet for all soaks for the body and also to assist with clearing the mind. Fitness is an important part of the living journey as well as a lifestyle change. We know the saying "A body in motion stays in motion." If we keep our bodies moving they will tend to sore and cramp less. You need to make sure that you have a great meal intake, getting the vitamins your body needs and getting enough sleep. We understand its very difficult to get everything for those who are just starting their workouts or starting a workout on a different area that needs some love this recipe is for you.

Ingredients: 1 PET or glass jar with lid, 1oz each Himalayan Pink Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Epsom Salt, 1 teaspoon of Activated Charcoal, 1oz Jojoba or Avocado, Juniper, Marjoram, Black Pepper and Rosemary Essential Oils, Mixing Bowl and Spoon

Directions: Add salts, charcoal and oil to mixing bowl and mix well. Add essential oils; 15 drops of Juniper 15 drops of Marjoram, 10 drops of Rosemary, 5 drops of Black Pepper and stir in well. Transfer into jar and seal. Can be stored in the bathroom. Add up to 1oz into the bath as hot as you can stand it and soak for at least 30 minutes. Follow up with a moisturizer.
