Moving on to some things about fitness and relieving the muscles. We have all worked out to an extreme at one point or another. What happens when you get a muscle cramp? Better yet how do you relive them and keep them from coming back? We have a soak for you. This can be done in conjunction with the other muscle soak recipes that you have or you can mix them in the tub together.
TIP: To keep muscle cramping down try to consume foods high in potassium and magnesium such as beans and nuts.
Ingredients: 4oz PET or glass jar with lid 1oz of Dead Sea Salt, 1oz of Bolivian Salt, 1oz of Epsom Salt, 1oz Olive Oil, 15 drops of Geranium or Lavender, 15 drops of Rosemary, 10 drops of Marjoram, 5 drops of Black Pepper or Bay Laurel, Mixing bowl and wooden spoon
Directions: Mix salts together. Add oil and mix again. Stir in essential oils 1 at a time. Transfer into jar and place lid on it. Store in the bathroom. Apply up to 1oz of the soak into a tub for water warm enough for your body to stand. Soak for at least 30 minutes.
