Week 2 of detox is going to move on to the feet. We don't realize all of our body weight is on our feet. This can take a toll on them. A detox will help lighten the feet and remove impurities from the body. This is a simple recipe and we hope that you'll like it.
Ingredients: 1 Foot Basin/Bucket, 1oz Epsom salt, 1oz Himalayan salt, 1oz Baking soda, 1oz of Seaweed powder, 1oz of kelp granules, 1 cap full of Apple cider vinegar, Lavender flowers, 2oz Olive oil, 5 drops each Lavender, Tea tree, Peppermint essential oils
Directions: Fill Basin with water as hot as you can stand it. Add all ingredients. Place feet into the water and allow to soak for 30 minutes.
