Plum is a great source for digestion and detox. It contains micronutrients, including a good amount of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A and potassium. Plums are very high in fiber making this the perfect ingredient for detoxing.

Coconut Water helps to boost immunity in the body. It improves digestion and assists with weight loss.
Ingredients: 2 cups of dried plums or 10 plums, 16oz coconut water, 3 lemons, 1 teaspoon of sea moss, 1 blender.
Instructions: If using fresh plums: peel and remove pit, then add to the blender. If using dried plums dried plums add plums coconut water and sea moss in the blender. Cut lemons in half and squeeze juice into the blender. Blend until everything is smooth. place in air tight containers.
Tips: You can take 1 teaspoon of sea moss per day to keep the digestive system going and it helps to fight mucus in the body. Coconut water can be drank by itself to prevent dehydration.
