Fall Cleanse

September is self care awareness month. We will kick it off with 4 detoxes that will help clear your mind and body from toxins ingested all summer. As you know fun in the sun goes with parties, barbeques, drinking, partying and so much more. As we go into the fall and winter we want to get rid of all the extra around us. This will flush your system out properly.

Ingredients: 1 blender, 4oz of nondairy milk (coconut, almond, cashew etc.) 2 Bananas, 10 Strawberries, 1 cup each of Spinach, Kale and Chard, 1 Grapefruit, 1 cup of Pineapples, 1tbsp Chia Seeds, Storage jars (mason jars work)

Directions: Place fruit and veggies into the blender and add 2oz of milk. Blend and gradually add milk until done. Blend until smooth. Add to jars, seal and place into the fridge until ready to use. Drinks will last 1 week.
