Week three is ready for you to take advantage of the cleansing process with this recipe. At this time, take a moment to congratulate yourself for a job well done. If you have not strted and this is your week, congratulate yourself for taking the first step. Don't forget that you can use this recipe and add to the previous recipes.
Ingredients: 1Blender/ Juicer, 4 Kale leaves (stems are optional), 1 cucumber, 2 apples (any kind will do. Peeling is optional, but don't use the core), 1 piece of Turmeric, 1 piece of Ginger, 1/2 cup of Pineapples, 1/4 Grapefruit, 10 Raspberries, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1tsp Flax Seeds, 12oz of Coconut Water
Directions: Place all items except for flax and chia seeds in the blender/juicer and add 3oz of coconut water. Add water gradually until all 12oz are in the blender. Pour in seeds and continuing blending. This can be strained or drank in smoothie form. The chia and flax seeds will make the drink thicker. If straining store the pulp in the freezer for next time and add 1/2 the amount of water.
