Body Polish

A body polish is to brighten the skin and help it glow. They are best used before a shower, however if you like the way they make your skin feel afterwards be sure to team up with a body scrub on exfoliating days. Body Polishing helps to remove the dead skin off areas of the body. It is used dry to loosen any dry skin particles that may lay flat when you get into the water. This is also a great way to improve the body's circulation. This recipe is very simple so let's get to it!


Ingredients: 1oz Sugar, 1tsp Lemon Peel Powder, 1oz Fine Pink Himalayan Salt, 1oz Sunflower Oil, 5 Drops of Lemon and Lavender Essential Oil, Mixing Bowl and Spoon, Airtight container with lid.


Directions: Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir. Place in an air-tight jar and seal the lid.


To Use: Apply to skin with hands before you get into the shower. Use circular motions in each section until the body is covered. Rinse and follow up in the shower. Can be used up to three times a week.
