Mask Me Oily

Oily skin... look no further for the perfect balance. Using clay masks can help regulate your skins' pH level to keep it from producing too much oil. This recipe can be used 2 to 3 times per week. Don't forget to always re-assess your skincare routine for optimal benefits! Here is the recipe below.

Ingredients: 1oz Fullers Earth Powder, 1oz Green Tea Powder, 1oz Kaolin Clay, 4oz of floral water or distilled water with 10 drops of lemongrass essential oil, 1 PET Jar, 1 wooden stick (or something non-metal to mix)

Directions: Mix powders and clay together. Add water 1oz at a time stirring in between pours. (mixture should be wet but not runny.) Cleanse your skin with your normal face cleanser, rinse well and pat dry. Add an even layer if the mask to all parts of your skin avoiding hairs and the eye area. Allow mask to fully dry. It will feel tight. To remove: use hot water to make a steamy mist at the faucet or in the shower. Lean into the mist for 1 minute, then change the temperature of the water and rinse well. Use the remaining water as a toner and follow with your daily moisturizer.
