Ginger Water

Ingredients: 1 1/5 Liter of Water 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Chopped Ginger (fresh works best), 1 Pitcher, 1 liter glass or PET bottle

Directions: Pour water and ginger root in a pan and bring to a boil. Let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Cool and strain the liquid. Drink at least one liter a day. For best results use daily for a minimum of 6 months.
