Ingredients: 1 cucumber, 1 bush of Mint, 1 lemon, 1 gallon of Spring or distilled water,1 Pitcher, 1 glass or PET bottle (for to-go purposes)
Directions: Place water into a pitcher. Rinse and slice cucumber and lemon into 1 inch pieces. Rinse mint and pull 10 to 15 leaves off the stalk. Place into the pitcher for at least 1 day. If you would like this recipe more potent boil the water first and place items into the water to let steep overnight. Enjoy!!
