Refreshing Smoothie Cleanse

This smoothie will clean you out in a good way. Enjoy a refreshing taste while eating healthy.

Ingredients: 1 blender/juicer, 1 banana, 4 raspberries, 8 blackberries, 6 blueberries, 4, strawberries, 2 kale leaves, 8oz of any probiotic yogurt, 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup of ice.

Directions: Add fruit and kale to the blender and puree, add yogurt, vinegar and ice and blend until smooth and creamy. Add to your favorite to go cup and enjoy!!!
