10 to 4 Detox

Week three has never felt better! So you have a few drinks in the mix or you may have even gotten bold and tried your own recipe. Whatever the case We hope that you are enjoying it. This detox should be consumed between the hours of 10am and 4pm. It contains plenty of fruit that breaks down into sugars...but good ones. If you consume your fruits at the proper time frame your body's metabolism will be able to properly break it down. Here's what you'll need...

Ingredients: 1Juicer/Blender, 4 Kale leaves (stems are optional), 1/2 Cucumber cut, 1 cup of Pineapples, 1 Apple (cut with skin on), 12 Strawberries, 1 Mango (peeled and cut), 1/4 Cantaloupe (cut), 1/2 Pomegranate, 1 Beet (peeled and cut), 1 hand full of Sprouts (your choice), 1 piece Turmeric, 1 finger Ginger (turmeric and ginger measurements make equal), 16oz Coconut Water or Spring Water

Directions: You may prep your ingredients the evening before and chill them so your drink is nice and cool. Make sure all fruits and vegetables are properly cleaned. Place all items into the blender/juicer and add 3oz of coconut/spring water. Turn blender/juicer on and gradually add coconut/spring water until its gone. Blend until all items are smooth. Strain if you want just juice (you may use a small strainer or a cheesecloth.). Add to your favorite bottle or container.
